Nettare

ROSSO DI VALTELLINA D.O.C.

It is said that the first wine from a winery is the one from which the winery’s stylistic signature is perceived,
so we are very proud of our Rosso di Valtellina.

Nettare undergoes the charm of the deep simplicity of a Nebbiolo di Montagna,
showing versatility, great drinkability and extreme recognizability of the grape variety.

Ruby red. Full-bodied red wine with persistent and fine aroma. Fruity notes of cherry, spicy tones. Fragrant, triumphant drink. Fresh and well-balanced, it is a whole meal wine. Perfectly combined with appetizers, pasta, dishes with oily fish, white meat, young cheese.

Sandy loam soil with abundant skeleton, moderately deep and permeable to water.

Harvested rigorously by hand. The pressing is done immediately after the harvest. Classic natural red vinification with breaking of the hat through pumping. At the end of the fermentation, maceration on the skins for about 15 days.

Aging in concrete tanks followed by refinement in bottle and darkness.
